Amanda J. Barnard

Amanda J. Barnard is the Head of Talent Development APAC at Adobe Systems. Amanda has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, and has previously worked as a Manager of Strategic HR and Organisational Development Programs at Verizon, and as an HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific Sales at Verizon Business. Amanda has also served on the Board of Directors for Show Me The Way, a non-profit organisation that helps people with disabilities.

Amanda J. Barnard has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University, a Post Graduate in Human Resources from Deakin University, and a BA in Communications from Western Sydney University. Amanda is certified as an Organisational Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and as a CAHRI from The Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
