Currently serving as Director of HR Technology at Adobe since October 2020, Hiral previously held senior roles at LinkedIn, where responsibilities included managing HR technology applications and leading the integration of HR systems during LinkedIn’s merger with Microsoft. Hiral's expertise encompasses global implementations of Workday and Oracle HR systems, with a strong focus on aligning technology strategy with business needs. A graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Science and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University, Hiral has a comprehensive understanding of HRIS and has contributed significantly to various organizations, including UTStarcom, Zoran Corporation, and Sherwin-Williams.
