Jean-Yves Muhlke

Jean-Yves Muhlke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical training, IT transformation, and product management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Training for EMEA & APAC at Qognify GmbH since October 2020, Jean-Yves has successfully transitioned training methods from in-person to online formats while developing multilingual course materials. Previous roles include IT Transformation Consultant at Smart Lane, where Jean-Yves formalized SaaS trajectories and provided training support, and Senior IT Consultant at MEDTRADA, focusing on functional requirements in the medical equipment sector. With a background in the telecommunications industry at Bouygues Telecom, encompassing product management and training roles, Jean-Yves also has experience in sales and marketing at Smartware and Ericsson, where product launches and partner relations were key responsibilities. Jean-Yves holds a Master’s degree in International Management from EM Strasbourg Business School and a Master’s in Electronics and Computer Science from Faculté des Sciences et Techniques.
