Joshua Eisikovits is a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Adobe, where since August 2016, Joshua has led the mentorship of technical support engineers specializing in Adobe Experience Platform. Joshua has developed and delivered training programs to enhance team capabilities and has provided expert-level support for various Adobe products such as Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager. Prior to Adobe, Joshua worked as a Graduate Software Engineer at IBM, contributing to the development of a web application for monitoring the health of IBM's SaaS offerings using technologies including Python and JavaScript. Joshua holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Software Development, Computer Science from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, along with a Leaving Certificate from Blessington Community College.
