Kirsty Cooney

Kirsty Cooney is a seasoned professional in customer success and digital marketing, currently serving as Senior Director of DX Customer Success for EMEA at Adobe since September 2011, having previously held roles including Director of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success for Northern Europe. Prior to Adobe, Kirsty gained valuable experience at Microsoft from August 2007 to October 2011, where roles included Trading Account Executive in Display Advertising and Search Media Strategist for Bing. Earlier experience includes a position at IBM UK Ltd as Brand Marketing Executive during an industrial placement. Kirsty holds a 2:1 degree in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing from Nottingham Trent University, obtained from 2002 to 2006.
