Katy Corbin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katy began their career in 1996 at Ebenx, formerly Merrill Lynch/Howard Johnson & Company, where they worked as a BSC Representative, BSC Client Specialist, and later as a BSC Team Leader. During their time there, they managed a team of 20 members and focused on delivering exceptional customer service to client companies.

In 2003, Katy joined Providence Health and Services as a Retirement Programs Manager. Katy was responsible for transforming an underperforming operation into a high-performance team, overseeing a call center and leading a team of 15 employees.

From 2007 to 2010, Katy worked at Susan Rene' Fine Art, Inc. as the VP of Marketing. Katy played a key role in launching a new family company and managed various aspects of business development, client relationships, and sales representative hiring and training.

Katy then joined Mercer in 2010 as a Business Solutions Consultant. Here, they worked closely with Account Executives and Consultants across multiple offices, qualifying and assessing prospect and client administration needs. Katy also developed relationships with consultants and conducted client education sessions to increase sales and revenue.

After a brief sabbatical, Katy joined Businessolver in 2018. Katy initially served as a Client Onboarding Lead II, leading the transition process for new clients and ensuring a smooth implementation. Katy has been working in their current role as AVP of Client Onboarding since April 2022.

Throughout their career, Katy has demonstrated their expertise in client management, team leadership, business development, and sales.

Katy Corbin obtained their BA degree in Economics from the University of Washington, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they have achieved several certifications in the field of employee benefits. These certifications include a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) in 2002, and they became a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist Fellow in 2003, 2005, and 2009. In 2010, they obtained a Life, Accident, and Health License. Lastly, they completed the Project Management Certification Program at the University of Washington, although the specific year is not provided.
