Melanie Boulden is currently President of the Stills Business Unit at Coca-Cola North America where she leads Coca-Cola’s portfolio of non-carbonated beverages. Ms. Boulden has extensive experience in marketing, innovation and management of high-profile global brands. She joined Coca-Cola in August 2019 as President and General Manager of the company’s Venturing and Emerging Brands business where she helped evolve Coca-Cola’s mission and long-term strategy. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Ms. Boulden held marketing leadership positions at Reebok from May 2018 to June 2019 and Crayola from April 2015 to April 2018. In her role at Reebok leading global marketing and brand management, Ms. Boulden was credited with helping the brand reclaim a place in pop culture. As Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Crayola, Ms. Boulden led consumer insights, product innovation, and portfolio management. She also held various management and marketing positions at Kraft Foods and Henkel Consumer Goods. Ms. Boulden holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and received her MBA from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business.
