Melissa Roellich

Melissa Roellich is the Director of Business Operations and Security Engagement at Adobe Systems. Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, working in various roles including software release manager, software engineer, and operations manager.

Melissa started their career at Microsoft in 1999 as a software engineer working on various releases of the Windows operating system. In 2008 they transitioned to a role as Software Release Manager, overseeing the release of new software products and updates. In 2012 they became Principal Service Engineering Manager, responsible for managing contractors and employees who ran all service-impacting outages and live site incidents for Microsoft's One Store Operations Center. In this role they also worked with development teams on building and maintaining incident management systems, tools supporting the operations center, and initiatives across the organization to reduce TTx metrics for service level outages.

In 2018 they left Microsoft to join Blizzard Entertainment as their Chief of Staff, working with the Chief Information and Security Officer. Melissa remained in this role until 2020 when they left to become a Senior Personal Trainer at CloudFit Software. Melissa is currently Director of Business Operations and Security Engagement at Adobe Systems.
