Mihaela Dobre

Mihaela Dobre is currently the Director of Program Management and Business Operations for Digital Experience Romania at Adobe, a position held since 2006. With extensive experience in program and business operations, Mihaela has successfully led the Program Management team, contributed to strategic actions, and mentored senior managers. Previous roles include Senior Business Operations Manager, Principal Program Manager, and Senior Program Manager, where Mihaela managed complex projects related to Adobe Analytics and Creative Cloud, demonstrating expertise in SaaS and DevOps best practices. Mihaela also served as a lecturer at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and worked at InterAKT Online as a Program Manager and Technical Writer. Mihaela holds a Master of Science in Management of Industrial Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Foreign Languages from the same institution.
