Sejal Richbourg

Sejal Richbourg is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and privacy law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Digital Media at Adobe since November 2022, Richbourg previously held the position of Product and Privacy Counsel at mmhmm from July 2021 to November 2022. Prior roles at Shutterstock from June 2012 to July 2021 included Assistant General Counsel for IP & Litigation, Senior Counsel for IP & Litigation, and Head of IP Compliance for Content. Sejal's legal career began with a fellowship as Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, and earlier experience includes roles at Shearman and Sterling LLP and as a Media Analyst for the Office of Mayor Bloomberg in New York City. Richbourg holds a J.D. in Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law and completed undergraduate studies at New York University.
