Brandon Drake, MPA, MS, serves as an HR Generalist at FamilyWorks Together & Adoptions Together since August 2018, and previously held the same title at Pearlstone Center from September 2016 to July 2018, overseeing human resources compliance and personnel management. Brandon's experience includes roles such as Chief of Finance and Operations for the State of Maryland Governor's Office for Children, where budget formulation and financial reporting for a $24 million budget were key responsibilities. In addition, Brandon worked as a Budget Management Analyst for the City of Baltimore, managing a budget portfolio exceeding $600 million, and served as Budget Director for the State of Illinois, focusing on the financial recovery of East St. Louis. Earlier career positions included Administrative Analyst in University City, Budget/Financial Analyst for the East St. Louis Financial Advisory Authority, and various internships. Brandon holds an MPA in Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, an MS in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University, and a BS in Political Science from Lewis University.
