Raluca-Elena Ghinea

Raluca-Elena Ghinea has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Care Officer at Garanti BBVA Romania. In 2018, they served as a Junior Funding Consultant at EvoGrande. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Asociația Excelsior pentru Excelență în Educație, where they held multiple positions, including Assistant Manager for projects carried out within the Human Capital Operational Program. In 2020, they joined SoftTehnica as an Assistant Manager for a project related to student preparation for the future. Raluca-Elena also worked as a Process Responsible at Nutritini Food&Drinks SRL in 2021. Currently, Raluca-Elena Ghinea is working at Adore Me as a Junior CRM Operations Associate and has recently been promoted to the position of CRM Coordinator.

Raluca-Elena Ghinea began their education history in 2015 at the Academia de Studii Economice din București, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management. Raluca-Elena then continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in SME Management between 2018 and 2020. Currently, from 2020 to 2023, Raluca-Elena Ghinea is a PhD student at the Academia de Studii Economice din București, specializing in Management and European Funds.
