Andrea Ciota

Andrea Ciota is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and international transactions. Currently serving as Vice President and Managing Counsel at ADP, Andrea leads the Global Contracts Team and previously held the position of Vice President, International Counsel, focusing on legal matters for multinational businesses. Earlier experience includes managing Ciota Consulting LLC, where the practice focused on commercial transactions, technology sourcing, and intellectual property. Prior roles include Assistant General Counsel at CSC, providing support in commercial transactions and intellectual property, and Law Clerk/Associate Attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer, advising clients on various legal matters. Andrea holds an LL.M in Taxation and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, along with a B.A. in Political Science from Boston University.
