Cristina Huizar

Cristina Huizar serves as the Private Equity Practice Lead at ADP, a role held since April 2022, where Cristina's efforts have contributed to the firm's recognition with the FY '23 Presidents Club. Cristina's expertise encompasses a comprehensive range of Human Capital Management solutions for Private Equity and Venture Capital partnerships, focusing on M&A integration strategies, rapid infrastructure setup for acquisitions, IPO preparation, and consulting throughout the acquisition deal cycle. Prior to ADP, Cristina held multiple roles at Paychex from October 2010 to April 2022, including Multicultural Channel Director, Senior District Sales Manager, and Sales Consultant, receiving several accolades such as the Circle of Excellence from FY '12 to FY '15. Additionally, Cristina worked in Corporate Communications at DaVita SOURCE for a brief period. Cristina holds a Master's degree in Human Behavior and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of Southern California.
