Cynthia Beckham

Cynthia Beckham is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at ADP since May 2007, Cynthia supports the President of a $350 million division and leads a team of 10 HR business partners to enhance organizational effectiveness for 2,900 employees. Prior experience includes a role as HR/OD Leader at International Paper, where Cynthia managed a workforce of 1,200 across two facilities during significant technological changes, and as a Project Management/Total Quality Consultant at American Airlines, contributing to the growth of an internal profit center. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of South Florida.
