E. Berenice Santiago

E. Berenice Santiago has over 16 years of experience in client services and human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Client Services at ADP since October 2007, where previous roles included Director of Client Services and Client Human Resources Manager. Prior to ADP, E. Berenice worked at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as an Implementation Manager and Sr. Treasury Analyst, and as a Financial Institution Examiner. E. Berenice began a career at Johnson & Johnson as part of the Information Systems team. E. Berenice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and Economics from New Mexico State University.
