Karine Bayle

Karine Bayle has over two decades of experience in strategic management and implementation within the human resources and payroll sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Clients Partner at ADP since May 2011, Karine oversees Global Project Managers and implements Global Payroll and Human Capital Management Solutions for multinationals. Prior to ADP, Karine held the position of Business Unit Manager for HR & Payroll Operations at Xerox from March 2005 to April 2011, and served as Business Unit HR Supervisor at OPEN from February 2000 to September 2003. Educational qualifications include a MASTERE in Human Resources European Management from ESC Clermont Business School, an MBA in Management Marketing from Nebraska Wesleyan University, a DESS in International Trade Negotiation from Université Paris-Sorbonne, and a MAITRISE in Foreign Languages Applied to Business from Le Mans Université.
