Matthieu Blouin is an experienced leader in business process improvement and customer support, currently serving as the Director of Business Process Improvement at ADP since October 2017. In this role, Matthieu has successfully led service delivery transformations that enhanced operational efficiency for the European Center of Excellence, driving payroll process standardization and automation across 18 countries. Prior to ADP, Matthieu held various senior managerial positions at Honeywell Aerospace from September 2007 to April 2017, including OEM Director of Customer Support, where responsibilities included leading customer and product teams and executing product reliability improvement programs for major European business jet manufacturers. Matthieu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics and Finance from EDHEC Business School, earned between 2000 and 2004.
