Heather Miller

Heather Miller has over 25 years of experience in business process improvement and quality management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Business Process Improvement at Nationwide Children's Hospital since October 2009, Heather has held multiple roles including Interim Manager and Senior Specialist in the same field. Previous experience includes positions such as Quality and Safety Manager at Mondi Akrosil, LLC and Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Carpenter Technology, where extensive training and mentorship in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies were provided. Academically, Heather holds a Master of Business Administration from Capital University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
