Natalia Carvalho Molina is an accomplished delivery manager and project management professional with extensive experience in leading diverse teams and initiatives across various sectors, including engineering, technology, and customer service. Currently serving as the Delivery Manager for the Nexus initiative at Radix Engineering & Software, Natalia oversees a R$10M+ project focused on enhancing developer experience. Previous roles include Lead Project Manager at Thoughtworks, Product Manager at PagSeguro PagBank, and Senior Project Manager at Eicon Controle Inteligentes, where Natalia implemented agile methodologies and drove innovation.
