Srikanth Madarapu

Srikanth Madarapu is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and product management, currently serving as the Director of Product Development at ADP since April 2013. Srikanth has successfully managed both onshore and offshore Scrum teams, introduced Generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency, and implemented significant architectural improvements. Previous roles include Principal Architect and Principal Application Developer, where Srikanth led integration initiatives and migrated applications to micro-service architectures. With a career spanning various technology companies and expertise in API integrations, multi-tenant applications, and user experience enhancement, Srikanth holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Kakatiya University.
