Tom Hobson

Tom Hobson has over two decades of experience in payroll and human capital management, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Payroll Operations at ADP since May 2004, overseeing the global service operations of Celergo Streamline. Tom has held various leadership positions within ADP, including VP/General Manager roles for ADP iHCM and ADP Romania SRL, as well as Vice President of Global Business Solutions where Tom led business transformation initiatives in India and the Philippines. Earlier positions include Shoring Director for Global Enterprise Solutions, Implementation Manager, and roles in implementation and process improvement. Tom began a career in finance as an Assistant Accountant at Barclays Private Equity and holds a degree from Brunel University London.
