Jimmy Sharp

Jimmy Sharp has worked in various roles in the finance and accounting field since 2007. Jimmy started their career at Precision Castparts as a Financial Analyst - FDP in 2007. After two years, they moved to Moss Adams LLP as a Business Assurance Senior Associate in 2009. In 2012, they joined Act-On Software, Inc. as Director of Finance and Accounting. In 2015, Jimmy joined Macadam Capital Partners as Vice President, where they were responsible for designing and executing sale, merger and acquisition strategies, structuring and placing debt financings and equity investments, and managing corporate turnarounds and debt workouts. In 2017, they joined Foureyes and Adpearance as CGO/CFO and Chief Financial Officer, respectively. In 2019, they became an Investor at Oregon Venture Fund.

Jimmy Sharp earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Oregon in 2005. Following that, they completed a Masters in Financial Analysis from Portland State University - School of Business in 2006.
