Kelsey Miller

Kelsey Miller has worked in Human Resources and Talent Management roles since 2002. In 2006, they began working as a Corporate Recruiter and Recruitment Development Specialist at Banfield, The Pet Hospital. In 2008, they started their own business, Kelsey Miller Recruiting, LLC. In 2009, they returned to Ecova as Manager, Talent Acquisition. In 2014, they became an HR Business Partner at Ecova. From 2015 to 2020, Miller held positions at DWFritz Automation, Greater Reach, LLC, Foureyes, and Adpearance, all as Sr. Director Human Resources.

Kelsey Miller received their MBA from Portland State University's School of Business in 2012, with a focus on Sustainability. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Psychology and Business from the University of San Francisco between 1996 and 2000. Additionally, they have obtained a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
