Brittany Gardner

Brittany Gardner has over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Brittany began their career in 1996 as a Senior Staffing Specialist at Talent Tree Staffing Solutions, where they were responsible for Recruiting, Account Management and Employee Relations. In 1998, they moved to The Regence Group as a Senior HR Generalist and Consultant, where they were responsible for Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, supporting the Claims and Member Services Groups. In 2013, they joined Stimson Lumber Company as a Senior Recruiter, where they were responsible for multi-site Talent Acquisition and Relocation, Hiring Process Program Management and Workforce Planning. In 2016, they became a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Program Manager at FamilyCare Health, where they spearheaded and designed a new hiring process, interview training and onboarding toolkit. Since 2018, they have been a Talent Acquisition Manager at both Adpearance and Foureyes.

Brittany Gardner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from George Fox University. Additionally, they obtained a Certified PI Behavioral Analyst certification from The Predictive Index in January 2020.
