Jaap Kalkman

Jaap Kalkman has extensive experience in various companies such as Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company PJSC, Arthur D. Little, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Arcapita, and McKinsey & Company. Jaap holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics and Mathematics from Utrecht University and has worked as a Post Doctoral Researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jaap is currently the Group Chief Investment Officer at Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company PJSC, where Jaap manages a portfolio of companies owned by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Prior to this role, Jaap was the Managing Partner of the Global Energy & Utilities Practice at Arthur D. Little and held various leadership positions at other consulting firms.
