Rajan Gupta

Rajan's career spans three decade, with a decade each in hospitality and experiential marketing, and currently over a decade in corporate real estate. These three varied professional lines have taught him humility, and led him to develop the quality of listening, rather than being in a hurry to say his piece. These sectors have also given me the exposure to interact with the entire spectrum of teams across organisations.

He is a people's person with strong powers of intuition. His stability, focus, ability to think and act, and adherence to process have helped him lead teams of professionals who have at times been better qualified than him in a particular subject.
