Elvir Kličić Dr.sc. Cmiosh

Elvir Kličić, Dr.Sc., CMIOSH, has extensive work experience in health, safety, and environmental roles. Elvir currently serves as the Head of Health and Safety at Adriatic Metals Plc, where they oversee operations at the Vares silver project and the Raska zinc deposit. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior HSE Manager at The Red Sea Development Company, contributing to the development of a luxury tourism destination.

Elvir also held the position of HSE Director at Almobty Co., where they were responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's Integrated Management System. Elvir achieved LTI (Lost Time Injury) free man hours across all projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Before that, Elvir worked as a Senior HSE Director at Atom Holding/ALSTOM and Alstom, where they designed HSE environmental protection systems and implemented ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 standards. Elvir has also held various other HSE roles at companies such as Akakus Oil Operation, Bosna-s D.O.O Sarajevo, ITT Inc., and STRABAG.

Elvir Kličić's expertise lies in HSE management, implementation of management systems, conducting audits, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Elvir Kličić, Dr.Sc. CMIOSH, has a comprehensive education history. Elvir first attended the Turkish Military Academy from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they studied at the University of Economics and obtained a Bachelor's degree between 2007 and 2010. Elvir then pursued a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician at the University Master of Science HSE from 2013 to 2015. Finally, they completed their education with a Doctor of Science degree from the University of Sarajevo, which they obtained in 2018.

In addition to their academic achievements, Elvir Kličić has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn.
