Dale Benting

Dale Benting has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental roles. Dale currently serves as the Head of Health and Safety at Herotel since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an SHEQ at Dark Fibre Africa from April 2018 to August 2022. Dale also has experience as a Health Safety Environment Officer at MEHLEKETO RESOURCING from September 2016 to March 2018, and as a Safety Officer at Belmet Marine Engineering from September 2014 to July 2016.

Dale Benting completed their National Diploma in Safety Management (NDSMN) from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2018 to 2021. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Management from the same institution, starting in 2022. Dale Benting also holds an additional certification in ISO 9001 Lead Implementer - Quality Certification from Inlexso, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
