Hemali Khare

Hemali Khare has a long and varied work experience. Hemali started their career in 1998 as an Executive at NIIT Computer Education Ltd. In 1999, they moved to Twinstar Software Exports Ltd as Manager- Operations, where they were responsible for Branch and back-office Operations focused on Clinical documentations for US healthcare providers. In 2004, they joined SPANCO Telesystems & Solutions Ltd as Performance Manager, where they managed Business Intelligence and Operations for a Customer Service, Call Center Company. In 2005, they moved to LAWKIM Ltd as Performance Manager, where they managed Business Intelligence and Operations for a Customer Service, Call Center Company. In 2014, they joined Chesterbrook Academy Preschool as a Teacher. In the same year, they joined WhiteSpace Health Inc as Operations Executive, where they were responsible for office administration and HR Operations. Since 2019, they have been working at Adroitsquare as Operations Manager, where they are responsible for US office & operations administration and HR Operations.

Hemali Khare began their educational journey in 1996 when they obtained their Diploma in Bachelor of Commerce from Welingkars Institute. Hemali then pursued their Masters in Business Administration from Institute of Technology Management Mumbai (affiliated with & recognized by Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester NH) from 2001 to 2003. In 2021, they completed a course in HR Management from Udemy Alumni, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
