Maša Topić has over 8 years of work experience. Maša began their career in 2012 as a Media Researcher at Media net d.o.o., where they were responsible for media content analysis and communication evaluation. In 2013, they took on the role of Media Analyst at the Agency for Electronic Media, where they supervised program content, radio and television programs, and electronic publications. From 2015 to 2019, Maša worked at RTL Hrvatska as a Research Analyst, where they conducted research and analysis of the TV market in order to improve program, production, sales, and promotional services. Most recently, they have been working at AdScanner since 2019, first as Head of Client Operations and now as Product Manager Audience Data.

Maša Topić received their Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty of Political Science of Zagreb University in 2011 and their Master's Degree in European Studies: Croatia and Europe, Public Policy in 2012 from the same university.
