Alain Ndamiye

Alain Ndamiye, MS, has extensive experience in customer support and management. Alain has been with ADT since July 2013, progressing through several roles from Customer Service Representative to Sr. Team Manager, currently managing customer care, experience, and quality. Prior experience includes a position as a Sales Consultant at Best Buy from April 2011 to June 2013. Alain holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management and Leadership at Western Governors University, having previously earned a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership from the same institution. Additionally, Alain has educational experience from East Tennessee State University.
