Hethr England

Hethr England has been with ADT since 1990 and has held various roles throughout the years, including Unit Manager, National Manager Technical Services, National Director of Field Support, Senior Director Strategic Initiatives, Planning and Agent Development, and currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience and Learning, ADT Solar. In these roles, Hethr has been responsible for a wide range of functions including overseeing project portfolios, developing and implementing strategies to enhance organizational capabilities, and leading centralized support teams. Hethr's early career with ADT included customer service, technical support functions, and front-line leadership roles.
