Ian Penrod

Ian Penrod has worked in the software engineering and technology space since 2021. In 2021, they worked as a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon, performing roles such as process guiding, problem solving, and auditing with a strong attention to detail and a large focus on workplace safety. In 2022, they began working as a Software Engineer I at Adva Digital Solutions, performing full-stack development as part of an agile-focused team. Ian'stechnologies included React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Next. Ian also began working as a Chief Software Engineer at Worktern in 2022, co-designing, co-planning, and full stack developing a scalable website seeking to improve upon the education technology space with the MERN tech stack (MongoDB, Express).

Ian Penrod began their educational journey in 2014, when they attended Johnson County Community College and earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts. Ian then continued their studies at The University of Kansas, graduating in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Major) & Psychology (Minor). In October 2022, they obtained a Stable Diffusion Hackathon Certificate from lablab.ai.
