Ants Balajei has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Ants is currently working as a Senior Lead Engineer at ADVA since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Fujitsu as a Software Engineer from May 2015 to October 2021. At Fujitsu, they were involved in designing and developing network management solutions, integrating functionalities over OpenDayLight framework, and evaluating and analyzing optical transport models.
Before joining Fujitsu, Ants worked at Perspica, Inc. as a Technical Lead, where they designed and developed a network monitoring system for L2, L3, and L4 network elements. Ants also modeled topology and implemented a data collection framework to feed performance details into a machine learning system.
Ants also gained experience as a Software Engineer at The Fabric, where they worked from February 2014 to July 2014. Ants worked as a Module Lead at Infinite Computer Solutions from December 2011 to February 2014, where they handled performance and scalability issues related to data collection on Tellabs MSR routers.
Prior to that, Ants worked at Aruba Networks as an MTS from May 2010 to December 2011, where they developed SNMP Agent and CLI engine for remote configuration for Aruba L2 switches. Ants also implemented standard L2 MIBs and proprietary Aruba MIBs.
Ants began their career at HCL Technologies as a Lead Engineer, where they worked from July 2005 to May 2010.
Ants Balajei completed their Master's in Computer Science from Presidency College from the year 2002 to 2005.
