Fitri Sakinah has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Founder of Ollas.id in November 2018. Fitri also worked at ADVANCE.AI in various roles, including Head of Customer Experience, Head of Customer Service, Head of User Satisfaction, and Head of Quality Assurance, starting in August 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Xendit as the Head Operations Officer and Customer Support Leader from November 2015 to November 2018. Prior to that, they studied Computing with a focus on Information Systems at BINUS University from 2020 to 2022. In 2019, Fitri Sakinah also attended Hacktiv8 Indonesia for a course in Agile Scrum. In 2018, they completed a program at Hacktiv8 Indonesia in Full-stack JavaScript web and mobile development. In 2017, Fitri Sakinah attended Purwadhika start-up and coding school, specializing in PHP development. Their education journey began in 2008 when they attended EKA JAYA BERRINDO, where they focused on motorcycle mechanic automotive engineering.

Fitri Sakinah has also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed the "Lead Successful Team Virtually" certification from Dale Carnegie Training. In 2019, Fitri Sakinah obtained certifications in "Awareness & Interpretation of Information Security Management System based on ISO 27001:2013" and "Internal Auditor of Information Security Management System based on ISO 27001:2013" from Catur Daya Solusi. Additionally, in 2019, they received the "Agile SCRUM" certification from AgileView. Fitri Sakinah also holds the "EFSET Quick English Check - Score: Intermediate / Upper Intermediate (CEFR B1/B2)" certification from EF Education First, obtained in 2016. Lastly, they are currently pursuing a certification from the Indonesian Financial Services Association (Asosiasi Perusahaan Pembiayaan Indonesia) from January 2023.
