Shauni Dring

Shauni Dring currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Planteria Group since April 2024, previously holding the position of Customer Experience Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager on a fixed-term contract at Archway Chimneys and as Customer Success Manager at Nimbus Hosting. At Enfield Safety, Shauni was the Customer Experience Manager, and prior roles at Which? spanned from Team Coach to MSC Support Coordinator. With a background in managing onboarding processes, enhancing customer and adviser experiences, and implementing departmental initiatives, Shauni has cultivated strong skills in customer experience and operational support. Educationally, Shauni holds a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management from Oaklands College.
