Galih Eka Putra has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Galih Eka began their career in 2008 as a Desktop and Web Developer, working as a freelancer and developing software projects. In 2009, they became a Teacher at Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Excellent, where they taught until 2011.

In 2010, Galih worked as a Lab & Lecturer Assistant for System Information Security at Trisakti University. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the field of cybersecurity.

In 2012, Galih joined PT. Mastersystem Infotama as a System Implementer, where they implemented various systems. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Software Consultant at Wincor Nixdorf.

In 2015, Galih started working at Microsoft as a Technical Account Support, where they provided essential support to premier customers in Indonesia. Galih Eka served as a trusted advisor in optimizing IT infrastructure and system operations until 2018.

In 2018, Galih worked as the Chief Operations Officer at STAR SHARE, overseeing the company's operational activities. Galih Eka then joined DANA Indonesia as a Technical Account Manager, responsible for managing technical inquiries and proposing enhancements to the product and engineering teams. Within the same company, they also held the role of Head of Technical Support, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

In 2020, Galih joined Bukalapak as a Business Security Manager, overseeing security operations in the company. Galih Eka also worked at ADVANCE.AI as a Manager Technical Support Services and later as a Customer Success Manager. In these roles, they focused on maintaining customer satisfaction and implementing customer success strategies.

Throughout their career, Galih has demonstrated expertise in technical support, customer success, security management, and system implementation.

Galih Eka Putra completed their education in a chronological order. Galih Eka earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Trisakti University, spanning from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Natural Sciences from SMAN 8 Jakarta, from 2005 to 2008.
