Ali K. has a diverse work history, starting with their role as Manager and Head of the Military Induction Center at TSK where they demonstrated excellent management, planning, budgeting, and training skills during their year-long military service. Following their military service, Ali founded a company called Novivus where they primarily worked with early-stage startups in web design and digital marketing.
After Novivus, Ali worked as a self-employed Team Building Consultant, leveraging their experience from the Outdoor Academy to create high-performance teams in different-sized companies through team development and coaching.
In 2011, Ali joined the San Francisco Agency as their first employee and took on roles such as Marketing Planner and later Digital Marketing Manager. In these positions, they developed and executed comprehensive digital marketing strategies, consulted on various digital marketing channels, and managed client communication while ensuring successful long-term strategy and optimal execution.
Currently, Ali is working at Advance B2B as a Marketing Strategist and Team Lead for their international team. Ali assists B2B SaaS and subscription companies in overcoming growth bottlenecks, developing growth strategies, and aligning their marketing operations with their business and sales strategies to increase customer lifetime value and minimize customer acquisition costs.
Ali K. completed their education history with two significant milestones. Between 2005 and 2007, they attended the Outdoor Academy, where they obtained a degree in Scandinavian Wilderness Guide. The field of study focused on adventure sports and team building. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2002, Ali K. attended Anadolu University, where they earned a degree in Economics. Their field of study at that time was Economics and Administrative Sciences. Additionally, Ali K. obtained a certification in Product-led Growth from ProductLed in December 2021.
