Greg Ferrari

Greg Ferrari has a diverse and extensive work experience. Greg currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at Advance HE, where they lead the organization's strategy and teams to drive business-wide transformation and long-term sustainability. Greg has played a crucial role in creating an integrated Professional Services function and implementing digitally-enabled change programs to optimize productivity, employee engagement, and customer value.

Prior to this, Greg held the position of Director of Strategic Transformation at Advance HE. In this role, they were responsible for delivering comprehensive business transformation and driving cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Before joining Advance HE, Greg worked at The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, where they held the position of Deputy CEO and Executive Director of Operations - Interim. Greg led the organization during a period of significant change and provided support to the executive team. Greg also designed a new Target Operating Model to address funding and regulation changes, improving operational reporting and transparency.

Greg has also held several leadership positions at Pearson, including VP Operations, VP Customer Experience, and Director of Customer Service. In these roles, they led various transformation projects, streamlined organizational processes, and improved customer support.

Greg'searlier work experience includes serving as the Head of Examinations Management at EDEXCEL LIMITED, where they were responsible for the assessment process and managing a team of employees and examiners. Greg also held roles in digital education and center assessment at Edexcel.

Greg Ferrari received their MBA in Business Administration from the University of Westminster in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their BA (Hons) in Economics and Philosophy at Middlesex University in 1996. Greg has also obtained various certifications, including PRINCE2® Practitioner, PRINCE2® Practitioner CPD, Investors In People Accreditation (Executive Sponsor), Service Mark Accreditation (Executive Sponsor), and AgilePM® Practitioner.
