Tracy Bell-Reeves has extensive work experience spanning several industries. Tracy currently holds the position of Executive Director, Delivery, Knowledge and Quality at Advance HE, a role they began in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education, where they held various positions including Deputy Director of Leadership Development and Interim Director of Programmes Leadership Foundation for Higher Education. Tracy also has their own consultancy called Tracy Bell-Reeves Consultancy, where they worked as an Experienced OD consultant, supporting organizations and individuals in higher education and other sectors.

Earlier in their career, Tracy worked as the Deputy Director of HR & OD at Canterbury Christ Church University and as a Personnel & Training Manager at the University of Kent. Tracy also held roles as a Regional Manager at the Hospitality Training Foundation, UK, Ireland, and Spain Sales Manager at Gulliver's Travel, Front of House Manager at Great Danes Hotel, and Assistant Manager at Courage Brewery / Imperial Inns & Taverns. Tracy's diverse work experience has provided their with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in leadership development, organizational development, and human resources.

Tracy Bell-Reeves attended Manchester Metropolitan University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a BSC degree in Hotel Management. During the same period, they also attended Wakeman Grammar School and obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Hospitality Management. At Wakeman Grammar School, Tracy studied A Levels in Politics (A), English (A), and German (D).
