Kelly Huffman

Kelly Huffman has extensive experience in the legal field. Kelly currently holds the position of Vice President & General Counsel at Advanced Power, a company specializing in power generation and infrastructure projects. Prior to this, they served as the Director & Senior Counsel at the same company.

Before joining Advanced Power, Kelly worked as the General Counsel at Poseidon Water, where they focused on developing and financing water infrastructure projects. Kelly has also worked as a Partner at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP and as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in project and corporate financings, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals worth billions of dollars.

Kelly Huffman completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Spanish at The University of Kansas from 1994 to 1998. Afterward, they pursued a J.D. degree at Harvard Law School from 1998 to 2001.
