Andy Godek

Andy Godek, DPT, MHA, ATC, FACHE, currently serves as the Clinic Director at Advance Rehabilitation Physical Therapy since August 2023. Prior to this role, Andy Godek held various leadership positions at Baptist Health, including Director of Operations for Primary Care and AgeWell from January 2023 to August 2023 and Manager of Patient Access Services and Rehab Services from January 2018 to January 2022. Andy Godek also worked as the Clinic Manager and Physical Therapist at Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute from 2006 to January 2018, and gained experience as a Staff Athletic Trainer at the University of Connecticut from 2004 to 2006, and as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Michigan from 2002 to 2004. Educationally, Andy Godek holds a Masters in Health Administration from the University of North Florida, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, a Master of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Rehabilitation Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
