Amber Trotter-Cox has been an executive administrative assistant at Advance Your Reach since November 2020. In this role, they manage the schedule, email, travel arrangements and expense reports for the Director of Operations and key leadership as needed. Amber also helps improve upon and create new workflows and projects in Teamwork, and assists in preparing and maintaining documents for the Leadership, Operations, Agency Quarterly & Annual planning meetings. Additionally, Amber attends Leadership, Operations and sub-committee meetings, and personally holds special projects with KPI’s as well as helping the Director of Operations maintain their special projects and KPI’s. Amber also helps manage key business relationships by assisting with follow up communication and documentation as needed. Lastly, Amber maintains and creates standard operating procedures (SOP) within the Operations department and agency wide, and assists departmental administrative assistants to maintain open communication and understanding of each department’s needs.

Amber Trotter-Cox has a Bachelor's degree in Human Development: Health Services from California State University San Marcos and an Associate's degree in Psychology from MiraCosta College.
