Dustin Nord

Dustin Nord has a diverse work experience. Dustin is currently working at AdvanceCT as a Senior Research Associate since December 2022, and previously held the role of Business Associate from October 2021 to December 2022. In 2021, Dustin took on various roles as a Fundraiser, Digital Marketer, and Salesperson while actively seeking opportunities. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Community Engagement at YMCA of Greater Hartford - Camp Jewell from April 2019 to July 2021, where they managed marketing and fundraising efforts, raising $2 million. Dustin also gained experience as an Operations Generalist at Camp Jewell YMCA from April 2017 to November 2017. Dustin worked as a Group Sales Coordinator at Okemo Mountain Resort from November 2016 to March 2017, and previously held the position of Assistant Summer Camp Director and Senior Program Instructor at Camp Jewell YMCA from January 2016 to August 2016. Dustin started their career as an Intern at Capital & Guaranty from November 2012 to February 2013.

Dustin Nord obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Villanova University, where they attended from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they briefly studied International Economics at Uppsala University.
