Robert Seader has held various roles in the manufacturing industry since 1994. Robert began their career at Oberthur Gaming Technologies as Director of Printing Operations in 1994 and then moved to Production Planning Manager in 2001. In 2003, they joined American Color Graphics as Operations Manager. Robert then moved to Climax Manufacturing Company in 2005 as Inline Process Manager. In 2007, they joined Berkeley Contract Packaging as Project Manager & Business Process Expert and Planning Manager. In 2014, they were hired by Ceva Logistics as General Manager and Operations Manager. In 2018, they were hired by New Standard Corporation as Senior Planning & Materials Manager. Finally, in 2019, they joined Advanced Conversion Technology, Inc. as Production Control and Materials Manager.
