Denise Maksimoski

Denise Maksimoski, CPA, has extensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Denise started their career at Sherwin Williams as an Internal Auditor in 1996. Denise then joined Deloitte, where they worked as a Senior Manager and Audit Senior Manager from 1997 to 2008. Denise then moved to Westmoreland Resource Partners, LP, where they served as the Senior Director of Accounting from 2008 to 2015, leading internal and SEC reporting efforts. After that, they joined Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. as the Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting, where they led financial reporting, restatements, and lease accounting restatements. Denise was later promoted to the role of Director of Internal Audit, leading SOX compliance and remediation efforts. Currently, Denise holds the position of Vice President, Finance at Advanced Drainage Systems, where they oversee FP&A and decision support for a growing unit and guides the finance capabilities and strategic direction for the Cultec business.
