Shannon Stewart has extensive experience in management and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. since July 2016, Shannon has previously held roles including Production Manager and Freight Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes positions at Superior Carriers as a Recruiting Specialist, Payroll, and Dispatcher, and at USIS in multiple HR-related roles such as Security & Safety Manager/Facility Security Officer, Recruiting Manager, and Human Resource Generalist. Shannon's expertise includes coaching and mentoring staff, designing recruitment plans for diverse workforce needs, managing HR functions across multiple business units, and facilitating training for new investigators.
