Matt Sweers

Matt Sweers is a Graduate Research Assistant at Northwestern University and a Fellow at Advanced Energy Group. With previous experience as an R&D Intern at companies like 3M and Axalta Coating Systems, as well as roles as an Intern and Manufacturing Engineering Intern, Matt has a diverse background in materials science and engineering. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering and Energy Science and Policy from the University of Michigan, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Science and Engineering at Northwestern University.
