Dustin Rissmiller

Dustin Rissmiller has a comprehensive work experience starting from June 2005. Dustin began their career with Rio Tinto as an HR Representative and later held positions such as Human Resource Analyst, HR Manager - Copper, and Employee/Labor Relations Director - Kennecott Utah Copper. In 2014, they joined Xcel Energy as a Senior Manager in Employee Relations and subsequently served as the Director of Workforce Strategy and Consulting. Dustin then became the Senior Director of Workforce Strategy & Consulting before leaving in 2021. Afterward, they worked at Rio Tinto as an HR specialist for a year before joining Advanced Energy in September 2022 as the Director of OD & Talent. Currently, they hold the role of Sr. Director, Talent, OD & Learning at Advanced Energy, starting from April 2023.

Dustin Rissmiller obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Colorado State University, completing their education from 2001 to 2005.
